So I know some of you have had my grill marinades, and I will share my secret. They come from a packet, found in the spice aisle, and I just follow what the packet says :) Sometimes I do marinate them for longer than indicated, up to 24 hours, especially for steaks.
Some of the ones that I have had and like include:
McCormick Tomato Garlic and Basil
McCormick Zesty Herb
McCormick Montreal Steak - reduced sodium is preferred because I found the regular one to be too salty, but I pretty much love this one for steaks
McCormick Mesquite
Weber Grill White Wine and Herb
Most of these have been used for chicken, but even adding some, especially the Montreal, to burgers would be tasty, but probably not the whole packet.
Grilling season is in its prime now, but will sadly be on its way out before you know it, unless you are like me and consider putting on winter gear and keeping up with the grilling when it gets cold!
