Italian Beef Sandwiches

3-4 lb Roast
2 cans of Au Jus gravy
2 packets of Good Seasonings All Natural Italian Dressing Mix
Italian Rolls- 4 or 6 inch
Toppings: Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Giardiniera

1. Place Roast in slow cooker.
2. Combine Italian Dressing with 1 cup water and pour onto roast
3. Add 2 cans of Au Jus Gravy
4. Cook 12-14 hours on low heat
5. Pull beef apart at about 12 hours and continue cooking if time permits.
6. Serve on soft Italian rolls with your favorite toppings!
