Creamy Chicken, Bacon & Tomato Pasta Toss

This recipe is from Kraft Foods, but I changed it a little bit. It is also intended for two, so modify accordingly.

Half Box of Farfalle (Bowtie) Pasta

Cook according to package's directions

1 LARGE Chicken Breast

Cut into thin strips

Cook in pan over medium heat until cooked through in a little bit of olive oil, set aside

3 Strips of Bacon, cooked and crumbled - Microwaveable pre-cooked worked great

Sauce:

1 Can of Tomato Sauce

1/3 block of neufatchel cheese (lower fat than cream cheese)

1 tsp or more of Red Pepper Flakes

2 tbs Garlic Powder

1/2 c. water

1/2 grated Parmesan cheese

Heat Tomato Sauce over medium heat with neufatchel cheese cubed, heat to melt cheese to make sauce creamy, add water, red pepper, garlic, and Parmesan. Heat till cheese is melted and sauce is hot. Stir in cooked chicken and bacon. Toss with Bow Tie Pasta. Serve topped with mozzarella cheese.
