Ingredients:3/4 cup of Butter, softened
1 cup packed Brown Sugar
1/2 cup granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 3/4 cups all purpose Flour
2 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
Recipe:
In a large mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium.
In a seperate bowl add togther brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon, then blend into larger bowl with butter. Beat until combined.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.
Beat in as much flour with electric mixer, then continue mixing additional flour by hand.
Stir in oats, then chocolate chips and walnuts by hand.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

I prefer to double the recipe to treat more co-workers! :)
