Honey-Mustard Pork (Crockpot)


Ingredients:
4-5 Pork Chops (I prefer boneless)
1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Mustard
1 Can (10.76 Ounces) Chicken with Rice Soup, condensed
1 Soup Can of Water

Recipe:
-Dip Pork Chops in flour and place in greased slow cooker.
-Sprinkle pepper over meat.
-In a separate bowl, mix mustard, soup, and water together.
-Pour soup mixture over meat.
-Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours or on high heat 3-4 hours.
-Remove pork chops with slotted spoon and place on plate
-In a blender, puree the liquid left in the slow cooker 30-60 seconds to make gravy.
-Served well with mashed potatoes or rice.

Optional adds:
Carrots and/or apple slices can be placed in the slow cooker to enjoy with your meal!
