Peppermint Snow Balls

These White Chocolate and Peppermint covered Oreo balls are tasty :-)

The picture doesn't quite do justice since the peppermints are not on these, but it gives you the gist!

Ball:

1 PKG Oreos
1 block of Cream Cheese (i think its 8 oz.)

Crush Oreos in food processor
Add Cream Cheese in cubes, mix into Oreo mixture in food processor

Roll into round balls, place on wax paper.

Coating:

1 large bar of white chocolate

1 PKG peppermints or candy canes crushed

Dip oreo ball into white chocolate, roll in crushed peppermints, place on wax paper to cool.

Once all of the balls are coated, place in fridge to cool. Keep refridgerated because they are best cool, plus they have the cream cheese in them.
