So I took it upon myself to pull a "Tracy Yach" and made some chili last night! I thought...since she hasn't made an appearance on the Blog yet, I would do the honors of posting the recipe!!
Here goes....
1 LB Ground Beef
2 cans Tomato Sauce
1 can Kidney Beans - undrained (optional if you do not like beans, or you can do what I do and pick them out)
1 packet of McCormick Hot Chili Seasoning (they also have mild, but the hot is delish!)
You can also add in chopped veggies like peppers or onions, I would put those in when browning the beef to saute.
Brown Ground Beef, and drain
Add tomato sauce, beans, and seasoning
Bring to a boil
Let simmer for 10 minutes
Serve with cheese, sour cream, crackers, or even apple sauce! Thats a signature Tracy move, and I have to admit, I am quite addicted to some chili on a cracker, topped with apple sauce. Don't knock it until you try it.

Great recipe! I realized when I was making it that it's also on the McCormick's seasoning packet. The applesauce recommendation was not on there, so thanks for sharing Erin. I forgot about this signature Tracy addition! Great meal for a cold December night. John loved it-- even the applesauce
