Seafood Honey-Mustard glaze

So tonight Dave and I tried this glaze recipe with Salmon...but after talking about it we figure it would be good with other fish like Tilapia, Scallops, Cod, and other fishy tasting seafood. It's super easy and is sooo yummy!

The recipe comes from Betty Crocker Cookbook the Newlywed edition

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic finely chopped

1 Salmon fillet (1lb.) (we used two 4 to 6 oz fillets that you can find frozen in the grocery store)

Directions:
In small bowl mix all mariande ingredients

Place salmon, skin side down in a shallow glass dish and pour marinade over the fillet. Let sit in fridge for at least 15 minutes but no more than 1 hour.

Set oven to broil. Pull salmon out of marinade, saving the leftover marinade to brush over fish while baking. Place fish skin side down on broiler plan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes brushing 2 or 3 times with leftover marinade, until fish flakes easily with fork.

We followed the directions except that we didn't broil the fish...we baked it at 375 for about 18 to 20 minutes brushing twice with the marinade! It is a nice light dinner. Complete with a rice pilaf and salad!
